Homiletics – the art of preparing and preaching a sermon.

In preparation the candidate for ordination must be able to clearly articulate the process of sermon preparation that is biblically sound and theologically coherent.

In delivery the candidate must be able to effectively preach the Word in order to assist the listener to apply biblical principles to their lives, in such a way, that the listener is challenged and equipped to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and to be His witness in the world.
