Each Diocese will determine how best to handle this requirement.

Describe the process you go through, in as much detail as possible in preparing a sermon. What are the main divisions of your sermon. Describe them in an much details as possible. What are you trying to accomplish in each division. Summit a sample sermon outline for one of the following Sundays: 3rd Sunday of Advent, 1 Sunday of Lent, a funeral or a wedding. > > 3- John Stott in his book "Between Two Worlds" presents five different "Convictions" as Theological Foundations for Preaching (Conviction about God, Conviction about Scriptures, Conviction about the Church, Conviction about the Pastorate and Conviction about Preaching). Please using your own words and analysis, choose the two most important "Convictions", in your opinion, and explain what makes them important and why are they important to you. > > 4- Do you have a personal Vision/Mission Statement for yourself as a follower of Jesus Christ or as a priest? Please share with us what that Vision/Mission Statement is. How did you come to this Vision/Mission Statement. > > > 5- How would you go about establishing a Vision/Mission Statement for a church or church plant to which you have been called. How important is it to have a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and > Tangible) Vision/Mission Statement?
