Welcome to the ACNA West Wiki

ACNA West is made up of five dioceses within the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) located in the western United States and Canada and who are committed to working collaboratively. These Dioceses include the Churches for the Sake of Others Diocese (Bishop Todd Hunter), the Diocese of Western Anglicans (Bishop Keith Andrews), the Anglican Diocese of the Southwest (Bishop Mark Zimmerman), the Diocese of Cascadia (Bishop Kevin Allen) and the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin (Bishop Eric Menees).

The first purpose of this wiki is to provide people seeking ordination within an ACNA West diocese with a clear understanding of the areas of formation that are desired by the dioceses. In particular we are working on resources to support the Canonical Areas of study required by the ACNA. A common canonical examination covering the 8 Canonical Areas has been developed and is administered by the Board of Examining Chaplains of ACNA West.
